  Neon Aquarium, 2021, Video, 1 minute, 1920 x 1080 This video is more straightforward and more simple, but I wanted to do something less stressful and required less time. I started off with the idea of the my time at aquariums and the jellyfish exhibits. I wanted to exaggerate and explore the contrast of the dark water with the light reflected of the jellyfishes and the relaxation of looking at the exhibits.

This was created out of found videos of flowers blooming with many displacement and distortion effects.   Garden Wanderings (video) , 2021, Video, 2 minutes, 1920 x 1080 This the original video of Garden Wanderings without the sensor. This video is based on my own videos of my walking through a tea garden and the experience of being in a space created for relaxation, almost isolated from the rest of the world.   Garden Wanderings (distance sensor) , 2021, Distance Sensor, Program Script, & Video, 1280 x 720 This is a version of Garden Wanderings with the use of a distance sensor that affects its playback speed. I used a distance sensors as part of this video since it’s about walking in a space and I wanted to have a visitor affect the video by walking closer or farther away. I wanted the space in the room this video would be exhibited in to be tied to the space within the video.  

City, River, & Forest, 2021, Programmed Script & Video, 1920 x 1080   A video made up of 3 separate videos that were put into a programmed script that played the videos in a randomized order. Each of the separate videos are distorted video of either cityscapes, bodies of water, or forests.
